2.2 Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

2.3 Contact Forms

We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for direct marketing purposes.

2.4 Cookies

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, but you cannot change your username. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.


If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. 7.2 Use of Site by Minors

Real English Victoria Language Co-op is committed to protecting the privacy of children. This website is for a general audience and is not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from any person we know to be under the age of 18, nor do we send minors requests for personal information, unless we first obtain permission from that child’s parent or legal guardian.
